bringing my healthy twin girls home from the NICU tomorrow!! any last minute parenting tips?

Question:
they were born on 5/20/09 and are now 23 days old- and i finally get to bring Audrina Clo and Alana Kail home (Adrina now weighing 4.5 pounds and Alana wieghing a wopping 5 pounds almost double their birthweights!!!) they are bottle babies (but with breast pump milk) and i am not sure how they are going to take it when they are in a new enviorment. but last min. tips before they come home?

btw i only get to take them home if they pass the carseat test (the one where they sit up and the neo natals watch their breathing to make sure it is all right… how many babies don’t pass and have to stay a little bit longer? i really want to bring them home!
and thankyou seth- they actually their names (family names in fact) maybe you should go on answering questions instead of insulting names that mean alot to my family.
