I recently took in a teen girl who has had a rough life she been living with us for about 2 months. She has been in quite alot fo troble already and she is only 17 for stealing and endless petty things in school before getting here. Recently she has been in trouble already for skipping school and constantly cant get along with the other kids in the house. she really is good at heart but just troubled. i need advice on how to talk to her about these things ive tried already but my ways dont seem to be working to well. so advice anyone?
Question: my little foster brother is 8 years old. he often has rages and outbursts when he does not get his way. he gets angry, hits, screams, bites and flat out refuses to listen. he seems seems to be a very angry and remorse-less boy. hes been with us for almost 2 years and we want to help him ….any advice?
earlier today we were shopping at a clothing store….we had promised the kids ice cream if they were good. he pushed his 2 year old cousin down purposely, and continued to do it while laughing maliciously at him…..he didnt get ice cream….were we wrong in this?
