Im gonna have to wait a while to get my bod up and running I just had an emergency c-section with my first born its so hard to walk and I get very dizzy while walking but I’m recovering well can’t wait to get back in shape

these moves look great! i’ll try em. but i could’nt even walk straight for 2 wks after my c-sections! nothing wrong with waiting till you feel up to it.

do not do crunches post surgery. wait until your doctor has felt your abs to make sure they have not separated! or you will end up with a “pooch”. if your abs are separated, you need to do an entirely different set of exercises, focusing on your oblique abs. this video isn’t appropriate for a week after a c-section! (except for the pelvic tilts, you can do those right away) be careful mamas and you will have plenty of time to get back in shape (c-section mama, myself)

arent CRUNCHES the last exercise you want to do after the surgery, I was told they can cause your ab muscles to build outward causing a perminate pooch… However, I really like the 1st two exercises thoes look safe and easy to build from (Excluding crunches and sit-up of course) Deffinantly ask a doctore before you decide to make the decision to work out your abs***
